  • The manager is in charge of the strategy evaluation in general to ensure that current operations conform to planned operations in the next way:

  • 1.  Monthly minimum of 40 sales companies and 25 visit, this will help to have a% gain to recover the initial investment and supply fixed costs

Taking corrective actions

  • For a good performance of the company and the service we offer, it is important to assess the deficiencies well turn into a fortress, for it will serve semi-annual or special meetings to improve deficiencies and to achieve the objective which the company meeting its customers
