Is the process of influencing people to accomplish specific objectives It also explains why some people work hard in order to achieve reward as education, authority, salary, experience. Everyone who represents our organization accomplishes great importance and deserves to be recognized by the accomplishment of his aims by rewards.

 

For our Company, we focused on having happy customers through happy employees, that means excellent customer service. We focus our motivation on giving people the belief of an organization that cares about them, and their growth as professionals, also we care about their needs and beliefs.

To obtain motivation for our employees, we established an organizational culture based on the human values and responsibilities. Monthly we measured our employees performance we make surveys to our customers about how they perceive the attention given by our employees when they need it. Taking into account the surveys, we choose the best employee who had the best results, and he or she receives a benefit in terms of:

  • Alimentation : We give to our employees super markets callable bonds for $80.000 for their basic needs

  • The day of birthday of  the worker we will give them an special bonifacion for his effort besides he wouldnt come this day.
     

  • Vacation: We give the option to our employees to choose when they want to take their vacations and the possibility to take 1 or 2 days more than the normal period of time.

  • Not all work , the company is linked to Compensate and employees can go there to enjoy with their families of different tournaments in which the company to affiliate

  • Every Friday  it is a flexible schedule  they will go out  early in order to enjoy of a good weekend.

With those methods, we believe that our firm will be a place in which employees enjoy performing their work due to the benefits they have and the comfortable atmosphere we want to implement.
