The program that we will use to organize the information is excel. We chose this program because it has no cost at all apart from buying the computer, it is important for the coordinator and General Manager use a program where they can aramar databases, analyze costs and income and other information to present at meetings. As such we will use Micrsoftf for presentations, reports, proposals and others that require the company, this option is in order to minimize costs
